Mandatory compliance with all applicable trade, anti-bribery, labour, and environmental laws. Vendors are responsible for ensuring compliance within their own operations and supply chains.
Zero tolerance for bribery, kickbacks, fraud, misrepresentation, or anti-competitive practices. Conflicts of interest must be disclosed.
Respect for fundamental human rights. No forced, bonded, or child labour. Vendors must ensure fair wages and safe working conditions.
Compliance with fair labour practices, legal working hours, freedom of association, and non-discriminatory hiring and employment.
Maintenance of a safe, compliant work environment. Requirement for appropriate safety training and hazard prevention systems.
Operate responsibly regarding waste reduction, emissions, and the safe handling of hazardous materials in accordance with environmental laws.
Supply of genuine, non-counterfeit goods only. Required: full traceability, valid certification, and manufacturer warranty coverage.
Vendors are fully liable for their own suppliers. Must ensure downstream providers adhere to these standards and support due diligence.
Strict confidentiality regarding pricing, procurement data, technical documentation, and business strategies. Misuse is prohibited.
Strict prohibition of facilitation payments, improper incentives, or any unethical attempts to influence procurement outcomes.
Prior written approval required for material subcontracting. Approved subcontractors must fully comply with all provisions of this Code.
MachinesDock reserves the right to conduct verification audits with reasonable notice. Vendors must provide access to records and fully cooperate.
Strict compliance with international sanctions, embargoes, and restricted country or entity lists. No violations allowed.
Vendors encouraged to report unethical behaviour or code breaches confidentially via designated MachinesDock compliance channels.
Violation of this Code may result in immediate suspension, order cancellation, termination of relationship, legal action, or financial recovery.
By supplying to MachinesDock, vendors confirm they have read, understood, and accepted this Code as a condition of business.
This Code supplements all executed agreements. In case of conflict, applicable law and formal contract terms shall prevail.
