Certain products, subscriptions, SaaS platforms, cloud services, software licenses, maintenance, and support offerings may be provisioned through supplier-operated portals, licensing programs, marketplaces, or cloud ecosystems. Where required, the Client authorises MachinesDock to facilitate procurement, activation, provisioning, renewal, or subscription management on the Client’s behalf subject to the applicable supplier terms.
As specified in MachinesDock quotations, proposals, statements of work, purchase orders, subscriptions, renewals, cloud services, software licensing, support agreements, and managed service engagements, third-party software, cloud services, subscriptions, maintenance, and support offerings provided or procured through MachinesDock are subject to the applicable supplier, publisher, OEM, or service provider license terms, end-user license agreements ("EULA"), service terms, privacy policies, acceptable use policies, and other related contractual requirements.
By purchasing, activating, deploying, accessing, renewing, or using any third-party offering supplied through MachinesDock, the Client acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the applicable supplier terms.
MachinesDock acts solely as a procurement and resale facilitator and does not own, develop, or control third-party software, cloud services, or subscription platforms unless expressly stated otherwise.
Supplier terms may change without notice by the respective supplier. Clients are responsible for reviewing the latest version of applicable supplier documentation directly from the vendor.
